RENTAL AGREEMENT
The minimum stay is two nights.
When making the reservation an advance of 30% of the
total is required, the rest is to be paid on arrival
plus a maximum deposit of 200 euros.In the event of cancellation the 30% advance will only
be returned if at least 2 weeks notice is given.
The use of gas and electricity is included in the price.
The arrival and departure times depend on whether the
house is booked by other clients entering or leaving
on the same day. If this is the case you have to
vacate the house by 12a.m, and will be able to enter
the house between 4p.m. and 11p.m.
The houses can only be rented separately, in other
words, we cannot rent both houses to the same group of
people.
The houses are cleaned before and after clients leave,
during their stay clients are responsible for their
own cleaning.
Sheets and towels, kitchen utensils and cleaning
products are supplied in both houses.
Clean sheets and towels can be provided if required
for guests staying more than a week.
In the winter the houses are heated by open fires or
wood burning stoves. See descriptions of the houses
for more information.

We provide firewood, which is paid for additionally to
the house rental as this depends on the time of year,
the ambient temperature and clients´ requirements.
A general indication is that on cold days you would
expect to use a full wheelbarrow of firewood for a two
night stay. Each wheelbarrow costs 20 euros, in other
words, on the coldest days you would expect to use 10
euros worth of wood per day.
The cooking of any kind of food in the wood-burning
stoves or fireplaces is prohibited, there is a
barbeque for this outside each house.
Moving of furniture is prohibited as this can cause
damage. |
